Are you a skilled IT Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We're searching for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Engineer to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering top-tier technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for complex technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of IT problems, including servers, networks, and desktop environments
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to identify and solve technical challenges
  • Support infrastructure projects and IT system improvements
  • Maintain security protocols and ensure systems are compliant

Key Skills Required:

  • Windows Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019), Active Directory (user/group management, GPO), and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments
  • Office 365 & Exchange: Experience with Office 365 admin portal, mailbox management, and resolving issues with Exchange Online and on-premises
  • Network Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing issues with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic firewall/router configurations (VPNs, NAT, port forwarding)
  • Remote Support Tools: Familiarity with remote desktop tools (RDP, TeamViewer), ticketing systems, and user support for software/hardware issues
  • Backup & Security: Experience with endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and basic backup/recovery procedures (e.g., Veeam or similar)
