We are an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) renowned for our commitment to excellence and innovation. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced 3rd Line Technical Team Lead to join our remote team and drive technical solutions that enhance our clients’ businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3rd line engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical direction.
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex issues across a range of technologies.
  • Take ownership of escalations from 2nd line support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and manage robust IT solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects focused on cloud infrastructure, virtualisation, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems while ensuring a proactive approach to system optimisation and security.
  • Manage and improve service levels, working closely with senior management to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Azure (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • In-depth understanding of networking principles, including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
  • Proven track record in delivering Modern Workplace solutions.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in a team lead or senior technical role.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively across teams and with clients.
