We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic Global IT Business Systems Team. This home-based role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, supporting critical business applications across areas such as Project Management, Finance (primarily Deltek VantagePoint), HR, Learning & Development, and Health & Safety.

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing these key systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business while driving improvements to the user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide global application support for essential business systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for systems like Deltek VantagePoint and other financial or project management tools.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Business Systems teams to standardize and enhance system functionality.
  • Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users to ensure system stability and efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions to support the adoption of new technologies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for system optimisation and process improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in end-user application support, particularly for project management and financial systems.
  • Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and be accountable for results.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working across teams to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL databases and relational database reporting.
  • Experience with configuration management, identity and access management, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with M365 services such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams.
