This role will require you to be on-site at their Central Birmingham office.Our client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their programme team to support end-users at all levels. You will gain a thorough understanding of their services and systems to provide a high-standard support environment to stakeholders, whilst being heavily involved in the change management process of their transformational programme.Application support is a critical function for our client, ensuring their systems are to a high standard to provide the upmost efficiency and remain competitive. Being a key stakeholder in the programme team, you will work with project managers in supporting programme service releases to ensure transitions provide minimum disruption, whilst making sure the day-to-day usage remains reliable and efficient.ExperienceWe are looking for an Application Support Analyst who has exceptional experience managing both off-the-shelf and custom-built solutions, preferably using the Kanban framework. Solutions such as:
  • Banner XE
  • Oracle Fusion
  • WordPress
  • SharePoint
  • ServiceNow
Experience managing applications in both BAU and project-based is a crucial element of this role.
