If you enjoy a role where no two shifts are the same, you are quick at problem solving and thinking on your feet, whilst remaining calm and professional then please read on….The 1st Line Support Agent Role:
  • You will be first point of call for all corporate and retail enquiries dealing with all IT queries these queries can range from payroll queries to problems with equipment at the retail locations.
  • Ideally you will have 1st line support experience but other experience will be considered.
  • Excellent customer service skills/ Professional telephone manner
  • IT Savvy
  • This is a fast paced, busy, vibrant role so strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet is required 
You must be able to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 1.00am, 365 days including weekends and bank holidays.Own transport is essential due to the nature of the hours.
