- Provide onsite support to end users and VIP clients.
- Troubleshoot Windows Desktop and Apple MacOS systems.
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and keep customer documentation updated.
- Assist with equipment rollouts and ongoing project work.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Experience supporting MacOS/iOS and Windows Desktop.
- A strong grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
