What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain company-wide infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Lead technical support initiatives and assist with expanding the support team.
- Provide expert guidance and resolution for complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in infrastructure engineering (networking, servers, virtualiSation).
- Knowlede in Secuirty and backups
- Strong knowledge of telecoms systems and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in a technical support or customer-facing role is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
