WeareseekingadynamicandexperiencedDeliveryManagertoleadthedevelopmentandimplementationofintegrationdesignstandardsandpolicies.ThisroleiscrucialinestablishingaCentreofExcellencedeliverymodel,ensuringintegrationprocessesareconsistent,effective,andalignedwithindustrybestpractices.


KeyResponsibilities:

ProvideLevel3networksupport,addressingandresolvingcomplexnetworkissues.

Diagnoseandresolvenetworkincidentspromptlytominimisedowntime.

ImplementnetworkchangesasperrequeststhroughtheITServiceManagement(ITSM)platform.

SupportNetworkNSRs(NetworkServiceRequests)anddeliverNetworkProjectactivities.

Participateintheon-callrotatoprovideout-of-hourssupport.

Demonstrateaproactiveattitudewithastrongcommitmenttocontinuousimprovementandprofessionalgrowth.


TechnicalExpertiseRequired:

AdvancedexperiencewithCiscoACIsoftware-definednetworking,includingmulti-siteandmulti-podconfigurations.

In-depthknowledgeofnetworkingprotocols,including:

IPSEC:SecurecommunicationoverIPnetworks.

HSRP:HighAvailabilityandLoadBalancing.

BGP:BorderGatewayProtocolforroutingbetweendifferentnetworks.

OSPF:OpenShortestPathFirstfordynamicIProuting.

EIGRP:EnhancedInteriorGatewayRoutingProtocolfornetworkoptimisation.


PreferredAttributes:

Astrongcan-doattitudewithafocusondeliveringresults.

Theabilitytoadapttochallengingenvironmentsandmeettightdeadlineseffectively.

Excellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskillstodiagnoseandresolvetechnicalissuesefficiently.
