Data ManagerBirmingham£60,000 to £65,000 per annum + 6k car allowance + 15% bonusPermanent

I am currently working with a market leading organisation as they seek a Data Manager. You will be responsible for implementing a new data governance strategy and will oversee and improve data management systems.

Data Manager - What will you be doing?

* Devising a new data management strategy, ensuring you leverage data for strategic decision making.* Creating and implementing data governance frameworks / policies.* Recruiting a team of data professionals that will champion data quality across the organisation.* Addressing data quality issues when they arise.* Collaborating with internal stakeholders, making sure they understand the importance of data driven decision making.

Data Manager - What will you need?

* Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks.* Experience in data migration projects.* Experience in ERP migration projects.* Strong management experience both within teams and projects.* Ability to business partner, explaining complex data concepts to all stakeholders.
