Location: Midlands, UK (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £45,000-£60,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible start and finish times)
About the Role
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves managing stakeholders, overseeing risk and compliance, and driving successful outcomes across IT infrastructure, software, and business system transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and reporting.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met within set timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in infrastructure, software, or business transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable.
