Project Manager // Birmingham/Hybrid // SC Cleared // £440/day (Umbrella)
REED Technology are working with a client in Birmingham who require a Project Manager to support the Transition Manager in delivering two strategic initiatives
- Transitioning service management operations to a new provider.
- Improving service management maturity and optimising service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and maintain detailed project plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders and prepare reports.
Skills:
- Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Service Management projects within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).
- Project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile).
- Experience in IT service transitions and service management maturity improvement projects.
- Experience in public sector or critical national infrastructure environments.
Vetting Level:
- Level C vetting required.
