Our client is looking for someone to be on the shop floor and work with the team. This position is not officed based and will require a lead by example and social approach to the job.

The Role:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the metal industry
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues

The Candidate:
The ideal Quality Assurance Manager will meet the following requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field (desired but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the metal industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of leading by example and driving quality initiatives
