As a Quality Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of top-notch health and care experiences for residents.
- Boost Home Managers to achieve the best care outcomes within the homes
- Develop Deputy Home Managers to ensure high-quality care and quality of life for residents.
- Work with with Home Managers on action plans for inspections.
