TEST MANAGER - SENIOR TEST LEAD
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months minimum, excellent pro-rata salary and great benefits
Hybrid role: 1-2 days per week required on site
Clarity Resourcing is currently looking for a Senior Test Lead or Test Manager for our prestigious client.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: In depth & Recent experience of testing Mortgage Platforms - MSO, Mortgage Originations, Mortgage Sales
Cracking opportunity for a hands-on Test Manager to work in a tight-knit team with an enviable work-culture. There is a genuine opportunity to make a difference working on this programme and you'll have a high degree of autonomy. You'll support the Programme Manager and be responsible for Test Management and Testing - this is very much a hands-on role and you'll be working closely with SME's/BA's guiding them in the testing process. You'll also need the experience to bring aboard best practies where necessary.
You'll require the following skills and experience:
Key
- Setting Test Strategy and developing programme test plan
- Experience of Testing with attention to detail
- Experience of Test Management Tools
- Experience Working in an Agile environment
- Mortgage Systems, Mortgage Sales, Mortgage Originations, Mortgage platforms
- Running manual tests and using the relevant tools
- Interpretation of test results and preliminary investigation of failures
- Raising defects and monitoring them through to resolution
- Attending team meetings and events
You MUST have significant and recent experience testing mortgage systems, and experience of setting the test strategy and managing the testing for this programme. You'll have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in that mortage lending sector. If not, please don't apply as your experience will not be suitable for this role. Our client seeks experienced dyed-in-the-wool Test Specialists.
