Our client, a reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP) known for its excellent company culture and commitment to employee development, is seeking a talented 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer.

This role offers exceptional training opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse range of technologies. As the first point of contact for customer issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a variety of IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to address complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality support.
