The Opportunity:
As SAP PMO Consultant, your main responsibility will be to provide support to Program / Project Managers with governance and control activities contributing to the successful delivery of Programs / Projects to time cost and Quality
About you:
+ At least 5 years experience of working in a Programme / Project environment, including multi-workstream programmes and medium sized projects
+ Good understanding of Financial Management processes to support Programmes / Projects (Budget Management, Actuals, Forecasting, Invoicing, managing 3rd party POs/invoices)
+ Experience in managing MS project plans, including dependency management, milestone reporting
+ Experience of managing Programme / Project Change Control processes, including gathering impacts, managing review and approval process, maintaining trackers, translating back into budgets
+ Experience of managing RAID logs
+ Experience of managing Programme / Project reporting ensuring a good quality
+ Experience of working with people from all levels of the organisation, including working on client sites
+ Organised with the ability to manage own workload to ensure all deadlines are met
+ Experienced in using Excel to an intermediate / Advanced level and a good working understanding of MS Project
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills
+ Project / PMO qualification(s) are desirable but not essential
