Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Architect to lead the establishment and management of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for our integration platform. This pivotal role will focus on providing architectural guidance, driving best practices, and ensuring the effective design and implementation of ITIL processes within the integration service. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on shaping the future of integration within the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

The Service Architect will be responsible for defining the vision, goals, and objectives of the Integration Platform Centre of Excellence. This will involve developing and executing strategies to drive the adoption of integration best practices and standards across the organisation.

As part of the architectural design and governance responsibilities, the Service Architect will oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring they align with the organisations IT strategy and business objectives. The architect will be required to ensure that integration architectures are scalable, secure, and resilient, while maintaining architectural standards and best practices. Regular reviews and assessments of integration solutions will also be conducted to ensure compliance with established standards, with an ongoing focus on identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration is a key aspect of the role. The Service Architect will work closely with business units, project teams, and IT stakeholders to fully understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
