The job is a Technical Administrator position working 40 hours per week between 7:30am and 5:00pm. It will involve both the support of company culture strategies and to provide administrative services and technical support to managers.

Client Details

The client is a an industry leading renewable energy business based in Birmingham seeking an experienced and skilled technical administrator to join their business support functions.

Description

  • Undertake the administration of procurement activities to the prescribed procedures as instructed
  • Provide general technical administrator support to the site management team
  • Obtaining quotes for goods and/or services as requested
  • Raising Purchase Orders through Sage
  • Chasing outstanding deliveries and dealing with delivery issues
  • Contribution to the monthly management report
  • Management of PPE Issue/Cupboard and stationary
  • Document control & tracking of all documents on Share Point
  • Filing of all site documentation
  • To understand and comply with all health, safety and environmental policies and legislation
  • Contribution to the ISO process of certification

Profile

Experience of the following is desirable, but not essential:

  • Pirana CMMS
  • Sage accounting
  • SharePoint (IBMS)
  • MS Office

Administration experience of some nature is essential.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
