IT Business Analyst - Tech/Systems/Software - Midlands/Flexible
Up to 50k/55k per annum plus excellent benefits & car allowance - Flexible working on offer, expected to be in the office 2/3 days a week.
IT Business Analyst required for an organisation progressing through a large scale system transformation & change programme! Fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in it's systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst that is looking for a role with variety & challenge.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced Business Analysis role, preferably with experience managing internal systems implementations and/or software upgrades. Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to manage internal & external resources would be desirable.
Role overview:
- Ensure projects (IT & Change) meet the business requirements and IT requirements are gathered, utilising a variety of methods; workshops etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders to scope the deliverables, whilst managing business expectations in the projects & proposals.
- Be proactive in ensuring that IT project costs are appropriate for the business and are covered in line with budget.
- Reporting to business leaders & internal stakeholders
- Work with external vendors and 3rd parties in establishing project scope/user requirements in line with the systems ability.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is up to 50k/55k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & flexible working.
