Knowledge Systems Analyst - Midlands

A new, exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledge analyst to join a leading, innovative law firm. This is a busy and rewarding role where the main purpose is to ensure quality and consistency by managing valuable knowledge resources and to manage and develop the main systems, including the intranet and portal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing content and ensuring continuous improvement of knowledge resources.
  • Uploading of new materials onto the portal.
  • Refining and expanding taxonomies on the portal.
  • Implementing and maintaining Power BI capabilities.
  • Maintaining documentation for the systems including user guides and best practice.
  • Addressing issues with the systems and suggesting enhancements and improvements.
  • Ensuring that layout and search tools provide the best possible user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge management systems, databases and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and communicate comfortably at all levels.
  • Law firm or professional services environment preferred.
