Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week)
Salary: Up to £53,000
A leading law firm is looking for an HR Data & Analytics Specialist to join their team!
THE ROLE
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing analytics and self-service reporting on all HR-related matters. This will include both ad-hoc reporting as well as designing and delivering analytics packages. You'll work closely with clients to gather key requirements, create documentation, perform detailed analysis, and deliver reports using Power BI.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors
- Proven client-facing experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
