Solutions Architect - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Microsoft Stack C# .NET) Remote / Hybrid working

About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers, sales teams, and delivery teams to design and implement tailored solutions. These solutions may include processes, services, and technical systems that meet specific customer requirements. Youll act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs and delivered to the highest standard.

Youll be supported in gaining a deep understanding of the organizations product portfolio, empowering you to influence customers and minimize unnecessary changes while setting realistic expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery:

Define high-level solutions to meet customer requirements and articulate them to stakeholders.
Specify solution boundaries and interfaces between systems, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Lead the solution design process for customer projects, serving as the solution authority.
Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and resolving challenges.
Assist customers during acceptance phases and ensure solutions meet their expectations.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with customers and internal teams to gather and interpret business requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a collaborative approach to solution development.
Implementation & Support:

Oversee solution implementation, managing requirements and ensuring successful delivery.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), triaging defects, and agreeing on resolution plans.
Provide product briefings and end-user training as required, tailoring materials to meet project needs.
Collaboration & Influence:

Work closely with Product and Development teams to identify and agree on required functionality or enhancements.
Influence product roadmaps to align with market trends and customer requirements.
Collaborate with international teams, including peers, developers, business analysts, and project managers.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in leading cross-functional software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
Strong communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and manage complex technical projects effectively.
Desirable Skills:

Technical background in software development, business analysis, or operations engineering.
Experience in enterprise-scale projects and regulated environments.
Flexibility and adaptability to manage dynamic project requirements.
