Join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Analyst/Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in providing 2nd and 3rd line support for IT and Communications. Be part of a service-oriented team, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to maintaining a seamless IT experience for on-site and remote users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line support for technical issues, both on-site and remote.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking tasks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Configure and deploy hardware/software, maintain systems, and support printers/scanners.
  • Manage Active Directory and Exchange user accounts, file security, and backups.
  • Work on implementation projects for new technologies and assist in end-user training.


What We're Looking For:

  • ITIL v3-4 Foundation and experience in an ITIL-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VMware.
  • Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud environments like Azure.
