Are you looking for a hands-on technical role? Our Service and Operations function within ICT have an opportunity for a Cloud Services Engineer. This role will enable you to have responsibility for the build and support of the SRA's Azure and on-premises infrastructure. You will be responsible for 3rd level technical build and support, along with 2nd level technical support on agreed services. You will provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of the Azure and on-premises infrastructure estate and provide ongoing maintenance and support for servers and storage. Your role will report into the ICT Operations Manager as part of the Service and Operations function within ICT. What we can offer you Showcase your expertise of Office 365 and other SaaS based environments To be at the forefront of driving continual service improvement across the Service and Operations function Input into the proactive management of monitoring and alerting across the SRA estate Opportunity to use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills Develop strong working relationships at all levels to make sure that services are in line with our standards Work collaboratively with others in the ICT team What we are looking for Experience of supporting Windows Server (2016 onwards) Experience of Microsoft Azure services and resources Experience of Microsoft Office 365 administration and management Experience of Microsoft SharePoint Online Knowledge/experience of PowerShell Knowledge/experience Microsoft Dynamics365 Experience of Microsoft virtualisation (Hyper-V / Virtual Machine Manager) or equivalent
