Skills:* Demonstrated expertise in IT support, at least 2-3 years' experience.* Comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.* Foundational understanding of server management, vitalisation technologies (e.g., VMware), and storage solutions.* Solid grasp of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN configurations, TCP/IP protocols, and network security measures.* Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively assisting non-technical users.* Capable of working independently, prioritising tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.* Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues to minimise operational disruptions.
