Skills:
* Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
* Basic understanding of server management, virtualisation (VMware), and storage solutions.
* Good understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network security protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support non-technical staff.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
