Overview:

NineTech are partnered with a leading solutions provider in the Logistics industry, who are on the lookout for a driven and energetic IT Support Engineer to join their team to help support a growing user base and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for cloud platforms, hardware, software, servers, and network issues.
  • Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.
  • Manage and maintain VMware and Windows Server environments
  • Phone system administration and support
  • User support and administration for Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Application support
  • Setup and support printers, laptops, PCs and mobile devices
  • Support the network, inlcuding access points, routers, VPN, and firewall.
  • Document and track support tickets, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in a range of exciting IT projects

Required Skills:

  • Experience providing both 1st and 2nd line support
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Office 365 (Exchange Online)
  • Windows Server administration
  • Networking support - VPNs / Access Points / Routers
  • Teams and SharePoint
  • Intune, or similar MDM tools
  • VMware, Citrix or Hyper V administration
