We are working with a market leading Engineering business to find them an IT Support Engineer that will be supporting technical issues as well as helping out with day to day business IT/technical projects like office moves, deploying new hardware and much much more! A great opportunity to join a hugely successful business and make this opportunity your own!

What You'll Do:- Offer colleagues technical support over the phone and face to face - Logging and resolving technical tickets from colleagues - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.- Provide exceptional communication and technical support - Be involved with technical projects like office moves, new device deployment and much more.

Key Skills & Experience:- Experienced with Office 365 and Exchange - Comfortable using Active Directory, Group Policy and Azure AD- Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Servers - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Experience with supporting and administering Networks - DNS, DHCP etc- Knowledge of O365 applications - SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc - Cloud and Azure experience is a bonus

Location: Birmingham Work Pattern: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Salary: £27k-£35k DOE
