The Role:We’re on the hunt for an experienced and versatile Senior IT Technician to join our in-house IT team. You’ll be working within a 2nd/3rd line support capacity, tackling challenging issues and contributing to the success of ad hoc projects across the group. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support to end-users across all sites.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in an Azure and Office 365 environment.
  • Execute and support IT projects to enhance the group’s infrastructure and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions tailored to the firm’s needs.
  • Travel between sites as required to deliver exceptional on-site support.

About You:To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in 2nd/3rd line support.
  • Strong expertise in Azure and Office 365 environments.
  • Any MS or networking certs advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to support users effectively.
  • A team-oriented attitude coupled with the ability to work independently when needed.
