Senior QA Analyst - Technology
£45-55k + benefits

A Senior QA Analyst is required to join the Test team at a technology and data services business, located perfectly in the centre of Birmingham, as it continues a fantastic period of growth. You will play a key role in quality assurance across functional, non-functional, regression, API and requirements testing.
We are looking for someone who has taken on some senior responsibilities, such as mentoring, triaging requirements, defining test scope, creating test plans, etc… and someone who wants to follow a path into QA leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience as a QA Analyst or Test Analyst in a technology or data environment
- Knowledge and experience of Agile framework
- Experience in functional/non-functional testing, regression testing, etc…
- ISTQB certification or equivalent - Foundation level is fine
- Experience with automation tools, eg Cypress
- Understanding of some programming languages, eg JavaScript or C#
- Ability to maintain QA artefacts such as user stories and test their quality
- API testing experience, especially with Postman
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative approach and team mindset
- Interest in data and technology
- Desire to become a QA leader in the future
