A global professional services firm is seeking a Technical Trainer on a permanent basis as they expand due to exciting projects.
The role involves delivering IT-related induction training, both virtually and in classroom settings, while also maintaining and creating training materials.
Candidates should have experience in an IT/Technical Trainer role and be able to confidently deliver training in both 1-to-1 and group settings.
The position requires skills in designing and developing training materials, along with the ability to work on-site in a hybrid model.
The salary for this role is competitive and candidates should have relevant experience in the field.

Technical Trainer – Hybrid

A global, award winning professional services firm are continuing to grow due to a number of exciting current & upcoming projects and as a result, are looking for a Technical Trainer on a permanent basis.

As a Technical/IT Trainer, you would work within an existing team and L&D function, where you would be responsible for the delivery of various IT related induction training, 1-to-1 and group sessions; both virtually and in classroom settings. As well as this, you will play a pivotal part in the maintenance and creation of new training materials, video guides etc and will have the opportunity to participate in various project related activities across the department.

Skills and experience required:

· Experience within an IT/Technical Trainer role

· Able to confidently deliver training in a 1-to-1 and group setting

· Experience in designing/developing training materials/guides etc

· Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model
