Job Description

Our client isa well-established, highly regarded law firm seeking an Immigration Solicitor Consultant, or Paralegalto join our dynamic and supportive team.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of immigration matters, providing expert legal advice to individuals and businesses, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Please note, applicants must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available) and have SRA ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse range of immigration cases, including family visas, asylum claims, and appeals.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of UK immigration law and keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation.
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and representing clients at tribunals and hearings.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless service to clients.
  • Ensuring all casework is completed to a high standard and within regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • Has at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in immigration law.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have SRA ID.
  • Is skilled in managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
