The Role
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of car parts within our production facility. You will be responsible for leading
a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly
- Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials
- Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
- Competitive hourly rate of 16.70
