My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join their Motor team in Birmingham.   In the role you will be leading a small team of file handlers, helping to continually develop your team through providing feedback and identifying improvement areas. You will also manage your own small, litigated caseload.   The team handle litigated RTA and CH files so previous experience in this area is essential. Management experience is preferable but experienced fee earners looking to make a move into management and away from a solely fee earning role will be considered.   The salary for the role will be £38K + bonus. You will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week with 2 days WFH.
