Conrad Consulting are delighted to be presenting an outstanding opportunity to an experienced Architectural Technologist, to join an exciting, fast growing practice based in Birmingham city centre.
THE PRACTICE:
The practice are fairly recently established having been in operation for close to 5 years, in which time they have built an enviable client portfolio predominantly focusing on high end Residential schemes, with the recent addition of more Commercially focused projects. They are growing at a sustainable yet quick rate, and are now looking to add an Architectural Technologist or Technically strong Architect to their growing team.

You will be joining a fast moving practice with multiple projects ongoing at once, so you will need to be able to adapt to an ever changing landscape.
THE ROLE - ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
The position on offer within this practice is for an Architectural Technologist with approximately 5-10 years of industry experience, ideally an Architectural Technologist with experience of working on high end Residential and Commercial projects.

A commercially astute Architectural Technologist would therefore be well placed for this position.
As mentioned previously, experience at working at most RIBA stages would be advantageous with a particular focus on Stages 4 onwards. Project running experience would be beneficial but not necessarily essential for this position.
The practice utilise Vectorworks software predominantly, so prior experience of using this package would be ideal.
