What You Will Do:

Identify manufacturing needs for new product developments, designing systems and processes for cost-effective integration.

Ensure compliance with all product and system requirements from design to final product, maintaining a keen awareness of Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.

Implement engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and improving manufacturing processes.

Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support product development and market opportunities.

Design and oversee the implementation of manufacturing efficiency strategies, including shop floor layout and equipment layout.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and process improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce operating costs.

What You Will Bring:

A minimum qualification of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with hands-on engineering experience.

Proven experience in mechanical testing and development, ideally with knowledge of IC engine fundamentals.

Familiarity with Solidworks or similar software, FMEA, and knowledge of DFM & DFA techniques.

A "make it happen" mentality, with the ability to drive projects forward with limited resources.

Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical/engineering background.
