Intervl are supporting a leading Electrical equipment supplier with their search for a skilled Electrical Assembly Operative to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electrical units such as (Switchgears & Consumer Units), wiring and ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical components according to technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Perform wiring, soldering, and installation of electrical parts.
  • Carry out tests and inspections on completed assemblies to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify assembly faults or errors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in electrical assembly or Assembly Operative role is a must.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Skilled in wiring, soldering, and the use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
