A well-established client near Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Production/Assembly Operative for a full-time, permanent position.
Key responsibilities include picking items for assembly, assembling products to specifications, maintaining a clean work area, preparing items for production, and assisting with stock counting.
Candidates should have previous production or assembly experience, be accustomed to working towards targets, and possess the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
The role is Monday to Friday, offering a consistent work schedule.

Our well-established client based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre are currently recruiting for a Production/Assembly Operative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties include:

Pick items ready for assembly
Assemble items according to specifications and quality standards
Ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations
Prepare items for production
Assist in stock counting, reporting any discrepancies

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous production or assembly experience
Be used to working to targets
Be able to work well on own initiative as well as within a team environment

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
