Salary £35K to £40K DOE

 

On call - 40-hour week (Mon-Fri), Weekend Oncll (£150 on-call payment, 1.5x Saturday and 2x Sunday), Overtime is paid at standard hourly rate Monday to Friday, Saturday x 1.5, Sunday x 2

Door to Door travel payments

Vehicle and power/battery tools and fuel card (no personal use) provided but must have own hand tools

Travel arrangements booked centrally - £6 lunch and £25 dinner when staying away.

25 days annual leave + public holidays

Role Description

Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for tasks such as preventive maintenance, maintenance, and fitting, They will work alongside a team to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.

  • Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance skills
  • Mechanical fitting
  • Experience in working with wastewater equipment
  • Knowledge of mechanical principles and systems
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
