Professional Technical are currently on the search for a Mechanical Fitter for an industry leading entertainment manufacturer specialising in bespoke mechanical machinery for a client based on the outskirts of Birmingham. The Mechanical fitter will be a core part of the production and assembly team. We are looking for candidates who prides themselves of their attention to detail, precise approach to assembling a range of components and able to work under highly regulated conditions to ensure that quality standards are met.

The role as a Mechanical Fitter:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding and following detailed engineering drawings
- Assembling a vast range of components and working with diverse materials
- Following and adhering to all health and safety guidelines and ensuring full compliance to all regulatory standards
Job Requirements as a Mechanical Fitter:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be required to have the following to be considered:
- Level 3 qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Proven experience in a mechanical engineering
- Experience in product assembly - large and small components (primarily steelwork)
- Able to competently follow detailed engineering drawings
