Role: Plant Fitter (Workshop)
Location: Birmingham West Midlands
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
Monday – Friday (Permanent Position)

Interaction Engineering are working exclusively with a rapidly growing plant hire company based in Birmingham. Due to a growth within the business, we are seeking a skilled mobile Plant Fitter for their team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company that offers career growth.
The Role
- Repair a range of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Perform servicing and general repairs.
- Diagnose and find faults.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance checks.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a small team.
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop
- Log and keep records of work carried out and complete daily job sheets.
What we need from you:
- Experience working with plant machinery, (diggers, dumpers, excavators etc)
- Knowledge of mechanical, electric, and hydraulic diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well as a team and on your own.
- Full Uk Driving License
