Are you a meticulous Document Controller with a passion for organization and a knack for keeping projects running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as a Document Controller with a developer in Birmingham City Centre.

The company are currently live on a number of projects in the heart of Birmingham and surrounding areas, and seeking a Document Controller to play a pivotal role in ensuring the project's success.

As a Document Controller, you will be an integral part of the project team, responsible for maintaining and managing all project-related documentation. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with 4P software will be essential in maintaining the project's workflow, tracking revisions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organise, file, and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Version Control: Maintain accurate records of document versions and revisions, ensuring all team members are working with the latest information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate document exchange and information flow.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project documents adhere to established quality and compliance standards.
  • 4P Expertise: Utilise 4P for creating projects & workflows.
  • Archiving: Establish a robust archiving system for project documentation, ensuring easy access for future reference.
