Great Opportunity: Senior Processing Technician Injection Moulding Specialist

With a rotating shift pattern, an attractive hourly rate, and the opportunity to work on advanced moulding techniques, this role offers both challenge and reward.


You'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of plastic component production, taking responsibility for injection mould tool settings, training colleagues, and optimising new tooling. Shifts: Double days (6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm) with option of days shift included in the rotation 8am to 4pm and occasional cover for the night shift for holidays etc. (Extra pay/shift allowance for doing this).


What Youll Do:

  • Set and condition injection mould tools to meet production demands.

  • Train and develop fellow technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Handle first-line troubleshooting and quality control, ensuring industry standards are met.

  • Work closely with a supportive team in a state-of-the-art facility.


What Youll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a qualified Injection Moulding Technician.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and innovative problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing fundamentals and business systems like Microsoft Dynamics.

  • IMT Level 2 Qualification (or working towards).
