Our client is on the lookout for a Instructional Designer to join their team! If you’re passionate about transforming learning into engaging and visually stunning experiences, then we need to talk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and training materials using Articulate 360 and video animation tools.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing learning experiences, ensuring content is both educational and enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-digest training materials.
  • Storyboarding and scripting to bring learning concepts to life with clarity and creativity.
  • Maintain brand consistency and instructional best practices, ensuring all content is effective, accessible, and meets client needs.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Provide input on learning strategies and contribute ideas to enhance our training offerings.
  • Ensure compliance and accessibility standards are met across all learning materials.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 and video animation – This is a must for this role, we need someone that can jump straight in to course design. If you can make learning look cool, we’re interested.
  • Strong storyboarding and instructional design skills – turning dry content into something engaging is second nature to you.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design – you don’t have to be Picasso, but understanding layout and aesthetics is key.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • A problem-solving attitude – if you see a challenge, you tackle it head-on.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas simply and identify any spelling or grammar errors in course content.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a constructive and collaborative way.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience designing compliance training that doesn’t put people to sleep.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Previous experience working with global brands or corporate training.
  • Ability to think strategically about learning solutions, not just execute them.
