Are you a flexible and experienced Supply Teacher looking for work in Great Barr?
Winner Education is seeking Supply Teachers to deliver English, Maths, and Science lessons at secondary schools in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science at KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching methods to support students of all abilities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Offer 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Assist GCSE students with exam preparation
- Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline
Requirements:
- Teaching experience in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across different schools
- A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
