New Business Underwriter - Any Insurance Experience Location: Birmingham City CentreSalary – Up to 31k + Bonus & Great Benefits Package IPS Group is working with a market-leading Insurance Company who are seeking an underwriter or an insurance professional to join its well-established team in Birmingham. This opening is a great opportunity for someone wanting to take a step up as an Underwriter or move into underwriting.The Role/Team:In this role, you will be predominantly dealing with a varied caseload of financial lines such as PI & Cyber, D&O as well as some commercial lines. You will be focusing on premiums that range in value from a few hundred pounds up to £5,000 as well as developing and building key broker relationships. The New Business team consists of 7 professionals who all offer support in this rewarding but challenging role as you will be working together to achieve both the team's objectives and your own.If you enjoy working as a part of a team, and getting involved in projects and social events then this company offers all that!Required Skills/Experience:We are looking to speak to individuals who have experience within a similar role with an insurer or from a broker.
