All leads are provided. These leads are clients currently using the firm for mortgage advice.
For ambitious brokers the firm operates a "progression to partnership programme" where you can become a shareholder and executive within the business.
SALARY: £100,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission Structure)
LOCATION: Remote / Home Based or Hybrid
Successful candidates will need to commit to the first month being fully office based in Exeter, Devon, whilst you are completing the firms internal training/onboarding program (cost are covered by the firm). Once completed you’ll have the option to work remotely from home or if you prefer work in a hybrid capacity, from home and the office in Exeter.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Protection Advisor / Insurance Broker you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience advising on personal protection
- Hold the relevant qualification
- Ability to manage a large mortgage pipeline
- Customer focused
- Ability to manage multiple leads a day
- Ability to plan own time/diary efficiently
- Full UK driving licence
