Your new companyOur client, a Global Lloyds Insurance broker, based in Birmingham is looking for a Claims Analyst to join their organisation on a hyper-hybrid basis (4 days a week from home). Salary is very competitive, and you will be working for a global brand within the industry.

Your new roleIn your new role you will be tasked with claims analytics for a portfolio of UK and Global clients, work closely with key stakeholders to understand and analyse large data sets from multiple sources and ensure accurate and timely delivery of scheduled claims analytics for internal and external stakeholders.You will also be responsible for utilising Power BI, producing Claims analytics, notifying key stakeholders about any relevant trends in Claims activity and regularly collaborating with key senior stakeholders on reports and develop new analytics presentations to highlight Claims trends.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role, you MUST have experience of using Power BI and possess an advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will also need to have previous Claims Operations/Analyst experience within a Lloyd's Broker or Syndicate.You will need to be a great communicator, capable of communicating in a polite and professional manner with senior stakeholders of the business, a willingness to learn and progress your career further in, and you will need significant experience in analysing and interpreting large data sets in a user-friendly way.What you'll get in returnIn return you will receive the opportunity to work for a Market Leader within the Global Insurance market on a hyper-hybrid basis.
