Are you working in Liability Claims Administration and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are recruiting for a Claims Concierge to guide policyholders through the claims process with ease and efficiency. As the primary point of contact, you'll manage claims from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders during the claims process, providing updates and answering any questions
  • Initiate and process insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurately recorded
  • Liaise with policyholders, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to facilitate the claims process
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the claims process, escalating to the Claims Manager when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of all claims activities and communications in the company's claims management system
  • Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Strive to provide a positive and supportive experience for policyholders, aiming to exceed customer satisfaction targets

Key Requirements:

  • Good degree of knowledge with liability related claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant computer applications
  • Keen to develop skills with CLA/CII studies
  • Minimum 2 years Claims Administration experience
