Salary - £28,000 - £35,000

Our client is an Insurance Broker who have been trading successfully for decades, they support various sized clients from a wide range of industries including agricultural, construction and manufacturing, to name a few. They are currently seeking a Commercial Claims Handler who will handle a variety of different claim types.

The role:

The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial claims including Property, Motor and Casualty files managing the losses on a cradle to grave basis.
You will work closely with their clients dealing with any questions and queries that they may have either by email or telephone.
You will provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients and supporting them throughout the claim process.
Adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.

The requirements:

You will be an experienced Commercial Claims Handler with combined knowledge.
Acturis experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong IT, communication and time management skills.
